Our final day in Basque country was dedicated to the San Sebastian area, a beautiful Basque town on the Bay of Biscay. We headed out first to Tolosa. We pondered a couple of other lead-in destinations, including Pamplona, but settled on a Tolosa as it boasted the most robust market in Basque country. We were suspect upon arrival and had some challenges locating the market, but once we fell upon it we were pleased with the experience.
Afterwards, we headed back towards the sea and settled in for some San Sebastian experience. The weather was amazing, absolutely summer-like and the beaches were full and people were everywhere. We had a great lunch, walked along the harbor and park areas along the sea.
