Big Island – 2006

Kauai – 2008

Kauai is the northern most island in the Hawaiian chain of islands, but not the furthest west. That honor goes to Niihau, a private island that you can only visit through some form of supervised tour. Kauai does boast the western most brew-pub where you can have your “last beer before tomorrow”.
Big Island – 2010

Take your pick, but I am a big fan of the big island. If you like surfer-ridden beaches, coffee grown like fine wine, hikes that can last forever, produce to die for, never-ending rainbows, every type of waterfall, and one of four climates at the next turn, then the big island is for you too.
