Originally upon our departure from Cape Town and out to the Garden Route we planned two, southerly located wineries. As we thought about visiting Gordon’s Bay, Betty’s Bay, Jeffrey’s Bay, Mosel Bay, and Cape Agulhas, the true southern point of Africa, we took a pass. Our trunk was already overfilled with baggage and nearly three cases of wine anyway.
