With a love of Sauvignon blanc from New Zealand, I thought “We should go there!” and planning begun. As it so happened Mike and Rita were also thinking of going to New Zealand, but hadn’t convinced Mike yet. So after some coaxing from all of us, Mike finally agreed to go. Planning started with “When should we go?” February basically the whole month and so it was that in one day Rita and I had the three week trip planned.
